Who's Cooking??!!!??

My office lunch conversation between three married women goes something like this...

W1: Anyone watched the master chef India last episode..
Me: Who is winning... should be guy!!!(well i don't follow Master Chef)..
W2: No one has yet..
Me: Usually a guy only wins.. men are better cook then women..
Two nodding women...
Me: See W1's husband cooks really well.. n my husband is any day better then me at cooking...

N that's true!!!

Somehow men are better cooks then women.. They have it in their genes...
But still i wonder who was that first great being in this world who set the rule saying
Cooking, Cleaning = Women
Working, Lazing = Men

This rule did make sense... well in stone age.. but not anymore...

N if you really think of it, again we women fought our way around and got the Working rule too on our side.. Still men blissfully ignored adapting to Cooking and Cleaning...

I not a huge fan of the custom that says - women will work at office, and get back n work at home also.. while men work at office and rest at home...
N thank god that boy doesn believe in the above too ....

Well some rules are made to be broken ... n this one definitely does need to be broken..

PS: This not any male bashing post.. So boys out there please read this with a broad mind ;) ...

This is the first time me n the boy are celebrating deepavali at our house.. Boy's leave plan was a bit screwed up, so we couldn celebrate it with our families :( ... Still we are trying to make it a beautiful one....

Almost a year since i blogged!! Goodness... quite a long!!!

Today i was surprised when i could login to my account just at the first attempt!! Let me say.. i dint expect to get the username and password right at the first time :)...

So how have you guys been doing... Well my life is seems to have taken a routine...
Start the week with Monday blues... Home - work - Home... N weekends which seem to just vanish in a few quick hours ... Ahhhh!!! Let me stop before i go on to crib.....

See this year i have turned into a extortionist... Past one week i have been threatening asking the boy for a valentine surprise .... N he better have one.. else the consequences may not be too god for him ;) ..... Do you read this boy....

So guys any valentine plans.. Sad thing that its on a Monday!! Most of us wont even have valid reasons to give for taking a holiday :) ...

This year my special prayers to cupid to work his arse off, weave some magic and get some special couples into a martial bliss!!! Do you hear me Mister Cupid!!
(Dint i tell you guys about me turning into a extortionist)
